Becoming More, Together: A Retreat That Strengthened Our Thermomix Community
On June 2-3, 2026, Advisors and Team Leaders from across the Philippines gathered at Balai Indang for the 2026 Thermomix Advisor Retreat.
The theme was simple: Becoming More, Together.
While Thermomix may have brought us together initially, this retreat reminded us that the journey is about much more than cooking. Over two days, our Advisors spent time reconnecting with their purpose, building friendships, sharing experiences, and reflecting on how they have grown since becoming part of the Thermomix community.
Participants came from different backgrounds and life stages. Some are homemakers, professionals, business owners, retirees, parents of young children, and healthcare professionals. Yet despite their different journeys, many discovered they shared something in common: a desire to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on others.
Throughout the retreat, Advisors took part in team activities, sharing sessions, leadership discussions, and meaningful conversations. They exchanged ideas, celebrated successes, learned from challenges, and encouraged one another to continue moving forward.
One of the most meaningful activities invited participants to reflect on people in their lives who could benefit from the Thermomix journey. It served as a reminder that every Advisor, customer, and Team Leader in our community started because someone took the time to invite them.
The retreat also gave participants the opportunity to hear from inspiring members of the Thermomix community, including Advisors who overcame self-doubt, found renewed purpose, built stronger relationships, and discovered confidence they never knew they had.
What touched us most was the feedback received after the retreat.

Several Advisors described Thermomix as more than a kitchen appliance. They spoke about finding a supportive community, meaningful friendships, opportunities for personal growth, and a place where they felt they truly belonged.
