Vorwerk is 140 years old

For 140 years, Vorwerk has been driven by passion and innovation. They started as a carpet factory, but expanded into household appliances, beginning with the Kobold vacuum cleaner in 1929. Vorwerk changed the game with direct sales, and in 1971, they introduced the first multifunctional cooking appliance - the Thermomix® - which helped make them the top direct seller in Europe. Today, Vorwerk holds the title of world's leading direct seller of high-quality appliances, with record-breaking sales of 3.4 billion euros in 2021.
